Can a landlord/agent evict you for parking in the visitor parking? And say they have three warnings under lease when they only gave 2 and ask you to clean the whole house floor to roof rust aircon smoke alarm and all? Do we have tenants rights?

Hi Jonathan Magic
What does your tenancy agreement and/or owners corporation rules say?
Also, were you going to come up with an alternative to you parking in the visitor parking and propose it to your landlord? I imagine the landlord has to ensure that visitor parking isn't taken up by their tenant(s), but kept free for legitimate visitors.

Did the landlord/agent give you a notice to terminate the tenancy with a specified period of time to vacate? The Tenants NSW site and the Fair Trading NSW site set out information about tenants rights and how landlords can end your agreement.

The sites referred to above are both useful.
