NSW Is this sexual harrasment

Last year I was working in a bar, the owner of the bar said if I have sex with him he would give me a job and would offer me cash to sleep with him, I did sleep with him as I was vulnerable at the time and desperate for a job, is this classed as harrasment if so can I sue for this
