My story Is nearly 4 years ago I.went to have my teeth fixed ,they said I had problems with my back teeth and told me I was having 18teeth out ,I agreed and signed a consent form,when I woke up.from.the surgery they had pulled all my teeth out without my knowledge as I thought it was only 18. Is this negligence and is there anything I can.do about this
