WA Informed Consent Form Filled Out Incorrectly by Police Valid Under Criminal Law?

Hi,
Informed consent to an identifying procedure uncharged suspect form was filled incorrectly by the police officer. If the above described form is not filled out correctly by the officer, can this bear issues on the criminal law case?

Also if the person was not in a capable state to answer questions, would this alter the form?

Potentially they could claim they were incapable in relation to the answers they provided. It depends on what the charges are against them and what their answers were, and if the police did in fact breach any procedures. Have a read of this information:
