Morning All, wondered if someone can answer me a question about the age children can use public transport.
1. 12 year old, can she travel by train ( school takes children to the station) to her destination ( 20 minuets) where met by other parent, - while caring for a 10 year old sibling ?
2. Alternatively could both children travel on a school bus ( dropping children in their street) and the 12 year old care for her 10 year old sibling for about 20 minuets until the parent arrives home ?
Kids asking to do this as many friends do this but want to know my legal responcibilities . Thanks for any help.
