NSW Husband's Will - Where Do I Stand?

My husband had the house close to paid off just after we married in 2012. As we only got together in 2008. My question is if he has no will and passes on before me, where do I stand re the house?

I'm not expecting to get it as he has an adult son to a previous marriage. I'm just concerned I may end up on the street. Thanks

With no will you get $350K plus half of the rest. The son gets the rest.
eg
If the house was worth $800k you get $350 + 225K = 575K the son gets the rest.
Of course the son can challenge this.

Thanks for the reply Winston. I am more than happy not to take anything except what I went in with. Just like to know that if the son wanted me out I would have some rights
