It would also be great if we had the option to delete our accounts, or could contact the moderators about doing so.

I'd like the function to contact/msg the moderator as well.
Can they please edit my title to "Causing" instead of Caused because now it has escalated into a constant ongoing thing, and deteriorating her mental state of mind further! :(

Allow thread creator to edit tags. My first post on here has been incorrectly tagged and I can't edit them to fix it.

Need to discuss about this community onto other communities. In this way people might be able to know about Lawanswers.

I'd like to ask for two new forums for tenancy matters - a "Residential Tenancies Forum" and a "Commercial Tenancies Forum".

As at 20 Nov 2018, a quick search shows that there are 18 threads with "tenancy" in the title, another 18 with "tenant" and 20 with "landlord" (total 56, and there are obviously many more which don't contain any of those words in the title.)

I believe that this is now enough numbers to warrant a separate forum, however I also believe that it should be done right - in that residential and commercial matters should be kept seperate from the start, thus the request for two seperate forums.

These new forums would greatly assist (newcomers in particular) in finding information relevant to their own circumstances prior to posting a question. Currently, tenancy matters are spread across various forums, so you don't really know where to look.

Given a post I've just seen (that @lawanswers would be aware of) I think the "Community Guidelines" should be amended to include not providing information that identifies or could lead to identifying third party individuals. Currently this only applies as a "guideline" to yourself as the poster, but it should be strictly prohibited in relation to third party individuals. For business or other entities, I suggest it should be "recommended" that they not be identified unless doing so is necessary to understand the context of the question being asked.

Also, I think the legal stuff ("Terms of Use" and the "Community Guidelines") should be stickies at the top of the forum list on the main page. Currently, the only link I see are the small links in the footer and I don't think that the majority of new users are reading them.

Thanks @Scruff, good feedback and I'll try to incorporate these improvements in the coming days.
