My brother has died recently and I am not sure whether I am a beneficiary in his will. The executor of will has not contacted me. Can I obtain a copy of the will and how do I go about this?

As awkward as it may be you should start by asking the executor. If you are a beneficiary of the will the executor must tell you if you ask. If you don't want to ask, you will need to wait until probate is granted (if it's required) and obtain a copy from the court (just paper work). That could be months away.
