Hi all, i was caught in nsw and charged with drug possesion. I live in south australia, i have written a representation letter to the constable in charge asking for the charges to be withdrawn as the car was search illegally. Now i have court which is seven hours away from where i live and the only reply from the police i have received is at this stage the charges remain and i will have to attend court still. How can i get the court date changed/adjourned with a no show and no lawyer. Thanks in advance.
