Can my neighbor place their house numbers on my property, (a stockyard), without my consent?
My stockyard is on my boundary and facing the main street/road, their property starts @50 meters back off the road and @40 meters away from the stockyard.
They have already painted 1/2 of my stock yard bright purple,again without consent, and have failed to remove the paint as asked over 12 months ago.I have mentioned they might need to place a pole at the end of the track to their property for their numbers.
Can they take me to Vcat if i refuse to give up and just let them do what they want?
