Dear friends, I am trying to obtain the legal right to access one end of my very hilly property via several neighbouring properties. One neighbour has right of access/carriageway or similar via three other properties and his property borders the back of my property. My questions are:
1. Can we use a form 01TG to give me legal access through three properties to his property and then to my property?
2. Do the other three properties have to receive compensation?
3. Can any of the other three property owners stop my neighbour from agreeing to the 01TG?
