WA Fired for refusing to work with someone

    Hi
    I just got fired for refusing to work in a committee with someone I had reported scared me and made feel unsafe. (He has not been disciplined about this, they dismissed my report)

    Was that legal?

    if those are the facts, you should consider your options under Fair Work
