NSW Finding a Will - Estate Has Gone Through Probate

My dear brother died a few years ago. My initial enquiry is that his deceased estate has been through Probate. For this to occur would there have had to be a will. If there was, there are concerns that the most recent will that I had sighted could not be found. I have come up against brick walls in trying to view my brother's Will that was used. How do I find it?

If probate was obtained, then the documents the subject of that application should be publicly available on the court file. You can go to the NSW Supreme Court registry and pay a small fee to obtain a copy or simply view for free.
