NSW Faulty Work by Unlicenced Builder - What to Do?

Hi,
Builders as trades people are required to be licenced. I would give NSW Fair trading a call and find out what can be done. There is a requirement that all trades people in NSW be licenced and fair trading states that the first offence can result in a fine and subsequent offences can result in imprisonment.
