NSW Family Law - Ex Taking Kids on Weekends - Won't Disclose New Address?

Hi, everyone. Hope you can help me...

I was wondering, can my ex take the kids for his weekends when I have no idea where he lives? He's moved and will not tell me his new address. We live in NSW. We have no parenting plan, but up until now we have been fine with our arrangement. He just will not tell me where he's living with his new partner. Can he do this, or do I have a legal right under Family Law to know where he is living where the children will be?

If you don't have any parenting orders or plans stating that he has to tell you where he lives, then he doesn't have to tell you where he lives.

I'm assuming you have a phone number for him and probably a mobile? So you can contact him? So what is the problem?
