I have been issued the above for failing to pay a parking fine relating to parking in a NO STOPPING SIGN area in Footscray. Is there any way to clear this traffic law matter before the court hearing?

If I do go to court, what are the repercussions if found guilty?

Also the car is in a company name, not an individual.

Thank you

Was a ticket issued in the first instance and you have requested it to go to court?

If it is summons to go to court, then the matter is live before the court and you can't do anything to stop it having it's day in court.

If found guilty just a fine, no loss of licence etc.

What repercussions are you worried about?
