Probate granted three and half years ago, joint executors are son and daughter, one Bank account in name of deceased father closed with Bank and funds held by solicitor.
The co executors have conflict and one will not sign a distribution statement for funds to be paid to the sole beneficiary, the mother of the executors (wife of the deceased).
