Hello from NZ, my only living uncle died in Redcliffe a couple of weeks ago and the only contact I had over there was my late aunties daughter . But once uncle passed my cousin has stopped contacting me so I have no idea what is stated in uncle's will or even who the executor is. All I know is the funeral home name from a newspaper ad online. If I was to ring the home would there be a privacy law which stops them giving me info? Can someone tell me how to find out information about his will. Is the executor obligated to search for me in NZ? I have a suspicion my cousin has given misinformation about my whereabouts.
