Hello,

I left my partner two and half years ago after an on and off relationship. We were only defacto for around 3 years, and not even consecutively.
I own a property in my sole name on the title and I also purchased a property with him that is in both our names on the title.
The bank basically owns both properties but they have both gone up in value quite a lot, so there is some equity there.
He keeps threatening court and that he's taking half my property that's in my sole name, even though he didn't contribute 1 cent to it, he never lived there, he did no works on it and we have no children.
I have offered him 10% more of the sale of our joint house, which I believe is more than fair.
Its hard to get advice and I cant afford a lawyer.
anyone have past experience with this?
regards,
Belle
