Hello , I'm one year through a 3 year bankruptcy , had no issues till now , I am n bankruptcy for approx 15-20k ...
My grandmother ( in WA) has just passed and the exectetor of the will has asked for my details ... I stand to inheret approx 50k ...
What do I do ?
Will the executor be able to see I'm in bankruptcy before any payout , will they flag it through a bank account deposit ?
If I do have to pay back money to he trustee it will just be for the 15-20k correct ? They can't take it all can they ?
Didn't expect this , and as this is the only money I'm ever likely to inheret I really want and need to be able to keep this
