An ICL has been appointed in a family court matter between myself and my ex-partner. The wife of the ICL's Barrister has worked with my ex-partner's fianceee in the Legal Aid office.

My ex partner's fiancée still works in Legal Aid. Is any of this a conflict of interest in our family court matter ?

Doubtful. If you've been around long enough, these sorts of connections start to pop up. If there was a current work connection, you might have some cause for concern. If it troubles you, explain your concern to the ICL. If they're concerned about the connection, they'll recuse themselves rather than run the risk of a conflict.
