NSW Do I Still Need to Pay Stamp Duty?

Hi,
I wanted to buy a block of land in NSW, which is ready to build. I want to find out, do I still have to pay stamp duty on purchasing land in NSW or do I pay stamp duty only if I buy the home and land package?

Please help, it will be a much appreciated.
