I plan to open a takeaway shop. Do I need APRA or PPCA licence for playing Youtube music? What about Netfilx or other paid movie stream-line contents service?

You would most likely require an APRA licence for playing music no matter what you are playing it from. There are licences specifically for restaurants or retail outlets.
