I have received my divorce order and it has "The wife was at all material times domiciled in Australia"

What does this mean and does it have any impact on other decisions? I am an Australian citizen and my ex was a permanent resident. Is this just a mistake on the paperwork and if so, how can I have it amended.

The reason being, I need to apply for a passport for my child and the other party will not authorise therefore i have to fill in different paperwork. If the immigration department think i may remove the child as I am only a permanent resident it could affect the application? Just thoughts. Any ideas?

I believe that is just a generic term & would have no impact on your passport application...
