Hi, I am a 50-year-old male that has been unhappy in marriage for approx the past 6-8 years. All my married life I have paid for the house and everything within it. My wife has only been working for the past 7 years and when I walk away (divorce), I was going to give her everything, the house and everything within it to do with whatever she wants.
What I would like to know is how much of my superannuation is she going to take under family law? Being the vindictive type and has stated she will screw me for everything, just how much of that can she take as well? Any help here would be appreciated before I leave.
