VIC Division of assets in a separation

I have been married for 9 years and have lived with my husband in our home for 11 years.
When we built the house the mortgage was transferred from his last property to this one and I was not on the title. I'm still not on the title after all this time and we have no joint will. Things are not going well and I am wondering where I stand as far as the house goes in a separation- we have no children together

You still have an equitable interest in the property with or without your name on the title. I would speak with a lawyer to ensure you get all you are entitled to.
