There are 4 executors of a deceased estate of an investement property of my parents.
Can decisions be made about the estate with a majority rule.
ie 3 executors agree out of the 4.
The Will only states that assets be distributed equally.

    Typical issues:
Executor Z refuses to sign a tax return
Executor Z wants to use a different accountant.
Executor Z doesn't want to sell the property, the others do
    Thanks in advance
