I understand I will be instructed soon for trial and have been told one thing will be an affidavit in chief.
How is this different to the others already filed?
We have trial dates, so I’m preparing now.

It is an amalgamation of all your previous filed affidavits and any new stuff you need to include
fFnal hearings are 2 years or so after initiating applications and some stuff in affidavit filed become irrelevant
