My drivers licence will be suspended for 6 months in two weeks due to blowing 0.76 (considered high range).
I've spoken to a lawyer who advised it's possible for the court to grant a delay of a license suspension by up to six months. Has anyone here heard of the court granting a delay of a licence suspension?
