Thanks SPBL. I've been stewing for well over a few years. They are happy to up my rates every two years based on the sales in the area. Yet I pay extra for a green bin only to fill it up with their rubbish.
We moved here in 2009 and redeveloped the rear yard. Construction of outdoor entertainment area and landscaping set us back circa $120k. Many other reserves in the municipality seem to be a lot neater. We have kangaroo grass up against our fence that's tinder dry yet no kangas in sight.
