Hello all,

Can I have an agent copy documents under Subpoena after a Notice to Inspect has been filed, or do I need to inspect and copy personally?

Depends on the level of access granted by the Judge. Often for things like medical and FaCS records it is eyes only except for ICL.
If you are self repped the judge will want a lot of control over the subpoenaed material
