Hey everyone, I run a competition website in the UK where people pay for ticket numbers for a selected prize. In the UK we add a question the customer has to get correct to be eligible to enter. Doing so makes it a Skilled based game rather than a game of chance. I'm moving to Perth WA next year and was wondering if it would be the same there? If anyone can give me some information would be great!
