VIC Commercial Lease - Does it Fall under Retail Tenancy Act?

Hi there,

I have a small industrial block which is leased as a garden supplies. The tenant has a small portable office with toilet facilities on the property as well.

I would like to know whether the commercial lease of such a property falls under the Retail Tenancy Act 2003?

Do you have a written lease over the property? If so is it a Retail Lease ? Or Commercial Lease?

If not, my guess based on the limited information you have provided, would be that its probably a commercial lease, but it depends on many factors.
