I am an independent contractor as a builders cleaner, i have been working with one particular builder for over a year now and they are notorious for my crew arriving on site and not being able to complete the job so i have to send them home. I recently started invoicing them call out fees as its happening too often but they are refusing to pay them. I have photo evidence of why we arent able to clean them but they are not accepting it and have only paid 2 fees and refuse to pay the rest (4 more call out fees)
I should preface this and say i have mentioned to the previous supervisors we will be charging a call out fee and sent them an email about it call our fees implemented however they never responded, only paying two call out fees.
Need help to ensure they pay.
