Hi,

I recently was caught speeding and decided to fight the speeding fines so I filled out the back and now I have received a summons to appear in court.

Now I don't want to fight it and just pay the fine, can I do that or is it too late and if I can, how do I do it?

Cheers

Too late now.
You have to turn up to court.

My brother wishes to dispute a speeding fine he received whilst in Qld. He lives in NSW. If he wins his case, will he be reimbursed for all costs of having to travel to Qld to appear in court? For example, travelling costs, loss of income, etc?
