Hello, I left my car in a long stay carpark near the airport for 5 days, they damaged the front bumper and when picking it up they said to send an email with photos. They haven't answered many emails, calls and I even went there to speak to someone and they always say the Manager is not in. That's it. I've got the photos and they have in their website a text that says:

"IT'S SAFER
Our highly secure fenced & gated site is staffed, patrolled and monitored 24/7. State of the art CCTV ensures that your car is as safe and secure as possible. Our primary reason for existing is to provide you with the reassurance that your car will be handed back to you in exactly the same state you handed it to us".
Is there a way I can make them to pay? I noticed a review online from a costumer discribing a very similar issue with them, she even sent quotes of the rapairing costs and no answer either.
