If a person dies, can one of his kids be the executor of will /administrator of his will? The kid should have the right to make a deal between them without an executor/administrator.

The person making the will gets to choose, as part of making the will.
The kid should have the right just make a deal between them without an Executor/administrator.
Well, they don't.
