3 days ago, I bought a car from a person. Found that car is on finance still have 5 more years to clear up that car finance. When i found that i didn’t transfer the registration of that vehicle to my name, ask the previous owner about the returns. The previous owner is now saying that she told me about the car is still in finance which is a complete lie. As Car has submitted a notice for disposal from the previous owner, I haven't transferred the car registration to my name yet. As the owner said she will pay her finance on time, I told her to clear her finance at once but she rejected it. What can I do? Any legal procedure?
