QLD Becoming a Company Director under Part IX Debt Agreement?

Hi,

I have agreed to a Part IX debt agreement 2 years ago and I have 3 years to complete the agreement.

I would like to start a company and become a director. I believed it was not possible under the agreement. However, I could only find evidence that you can't be a director under Part X.

Is it possible to create a company and become a company director under Part IX debt agreement?
