VIC Australian Law - Exhibit or Annexure to Declaration?

Hi,

I am preparing a declaration for something and need to attach a number of documents. I have been given an example document to model mine off. The example document refers to the attachments as annexures.

However, I have been told that it should not be annexures and rather should be exhibits.

Could someone tell me whether I should refer to them as exhibits or annexures in my declaration under Australian Law?
