I'm in QLD and I traded with someone from SA for computer parts. It was a 2-way exchange so we had both sent items to each other. He claimed that it was in good working condition but upon receiving it, it does not work and is in bad condition and I'm wondering what steps I take from here under Australian Consumer Law?

Thanks
