QLD Another Good Behaviour Bond at Arrest Court?

Hi,

The ex was placed on a Good Behavior Bond in 2012 for an Assault Charge. It has since been discovered that this ex was in a Magistrate Arrest Court a few months ago - reason unknown; it was definitely not in a traffic infringement court.

Would it be possible this then becomes another Good Behavior Bond due to the time past?

Shared child - so obvious concerns as to welfare, etc

Might be another good behaviour bond - but what has that got to do with you? Or his access to the child?
