I have downloaded a photo of an animal from the internet and then used photoshop to kind of make it look like a painting. The layout is the same but the style is completely different. Oh, and I have put some writing on it too, suggesting the animal and background painting is a scene in Sydney. I will now be printing out and selling it on a commercial basis. Can I get into trouble on copyright over this?
