*Living with gf for 8 months
*I've been unemployed for 6 months
*Centrelink refuses to pay me anything at all because my gf works
*I have been receiving no income and surviving on my tax return which has nearly ran out
*Me and my gf are financially separate,go halves in everything
*My gf does not make enough in order to cover my half for everything

Reading articles on accessing superannuation early all indicate you must be receiving centrelink, aren't I considered worse off if I don't?

If centrelink can't acknowledge that it is not my gf's responsibility to treat me as though I'm a dependent can I somehow convince my superannuation fund that this is the case?
