I do acknowledge it may be difficult for a forum reader to discern where help is coming from - whether from a professional or from a student or simply someone who has experienced the same legal issue previously.

Firstly, can I just say, that since being an active member of this site, I have found much of the content, including past posts from learned members, to be very educational.

I realise this would take some time, but perhaps, there could be a dictionary of catch phrases, alongside posts with similar questions.

At this time, insofar as I can tell, within posts, certain 'terms' are highlighted and if you click on them you are taken to topics posted which are similar. However, I have also noticed, that if you scroll down within a single thread, that, at least within the forums I observe more readily, many of the 'similar questions' can be at times far less relevant.

As definition usually assists with understanding, perhaps when clicking on a term, the legal definition (alongside the 'posts of similar') could be added. I understand there could be software, or time constraints.

Thanks

Perhaps a verified members only forum for legal professionals who want to refer work, seek agency services and the like?

Can you please fix the bug where the "message" area doesn't appear in the "Create Thread" page?

I can reply to threads (as I am doing now) but cannot create a thread as it just gives the error "Please enter a valid message."

I have tried this on two computers, and with Firefox 54.0, Chrome 59.0.3071.115, and Internet Explorer 8, and all have the same problem.

Can you please have a look at this. I would like to ask a question, but can't figure out how.

If it helps you to diagnose the problem, the "Create Thread" page has the following sections when I view it...
- Prefix (drop down box to select state)
- A box that looks as if it's for a thread title
- A box to type in "Tags" (which it always complains about if I try to use it)
- Two buttons "Create Thread" and "Preview"
- A long, thin (one pixel high) horizontal line (where I guess that the message area should be)
- Options "Watch this thread" and "receive email notifications"
- Two buttons "Create Thread" and "Preview"

Thank you

I have just noticed that the problem DOES NOT occur if I tick the "stay logged in" checkbox when signing in.

Hope this helps.

@lawanswers, I'm encountering a problem when responding on a thread using my iPhone. While writing the response, I find the scrolling function becomes 'stuck', such that I can't scroll up or down without it flicking back to where I started scrolling from. The bug is harmless, but makes it difficult to read back over whatever post I'm responding to or to scroll down to the bottom of the response I'm writing. I don't know if others face the same issue or if it's an iPhone problem rather than a lawanswers problem, but I don't seem to have this problem on other pages, so I just thought I would bring it to your attention.
