Website Content Dispute - Small Business Copyright?

I don't want to get off topic but a process such as clicking buttons to change the color of a door can be palatable.
Such as the famous Amazon one click patent (US5960411A).

First of all ,the rep from their company pretended to be a customer asking for prices and installations from us. Then they sent me an email saying , we have stolen content from their website and the contact number in the email was same from which he rang me earlier pretending to be a customer . I contacted him and told him that we have not copied his material. Then they have sent an email to their legal team and cc me the same to take content off by COB Monday. I think they are just using bullying tactics and have no foot standing, that is why I want to know what my next step should be. I have already sent an email to them and their legal team that the allegations are baseless and prove to me that content is their copyright and if they have patent on it.
