Can someone advise what needs to occur to put a Vote Of No Confidence for the board of Australian Super Pty Ltd?
As you are probably aware, Australian Super Pty Ltd are having major issues with the upgrade of their new IT Systems.
This causing major issues with members:
There are over 900 complaints online at only one review website. AustralianSuper
Their Social Media (Facebook, Twitter etc...) are going crazy with complaints.
Because they operate in a Silo Methodology Organisation, nothing is getting fixed.
There has to be away legally we can do something to sort out the mess.
I have been waiting over 45 days for a simply withdrawal to pay for an operation to keep me alive

- Member inability to access information
- Withdrawals taking upwards of 45 days
- No help from Call Centre staff
- Call Centre refusing to transfer calls to Supervisors
- No returned calls from anyone
- No reply to emails, or snail mail
