I am under investigation by police. They are accusing me of being a drug dealer. They have been monitoring me and have been doing so for a while. I have recently moved from WA to QLD for work and I am now being monitored here in Brisbane. I feel what they are doing is harassment, and I need to know my rights and the due criminal law procedures put in place by court system and the proper protocol that should be carried out by the police. I am absolutely NOT dealing drugs. Pls help.
Thank you

Hi Ben,

What do you mean by harassed, can you be more specific? The police have broad powers to investigate suspected criminal activity. Its hard to know where to start.
