Our agent has been diffcuilt with us selling our business. The last 5 interested parties have changed their minds after speaking to him. He has made it so difficult for any applicant to qualify his requirnents. I understand he needs to choose a suitable tenant but we feel as if his bullying us.
If we transfer our lease over to someone else is it true that we are still the gaurantor? He said our best bet is to draw up a new lease with the new owner and rid us of any liabilities but that will cost $10k in fees? We are both physically and emotionally drained. Seems like we can only sell to who he feels fit. Any help much appreciated
