QLD Superannuation - Where to Find TPD Table?

Hi,

I am trying to find out how to find a TPD table for 2007. The superannuation company will only give me a statement & I feel something just isn't right. I have tried to look online but I seem to get nowhere.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
